A song encouraging this writer to not solely relish in satisfaction of simply recording my own songs and enjoying them in a private and secluded safe little world, but also to get out that front door and share them with others by way of live performances... There are many who may relate and perhaps benefit somehow as tho a particular song spoke for them personally within a particular vocal story or theme. This experience has been shared with me as the author to many of my tunes, over and over again throughout the past 30 years of recording songs. Know this "each time I have been approached after a show by a listener and patron who had expressed that they knew exactly what I was singing about. Making me aware of a certain song of that night, sort of described accounts which related to their own personal lives. Some were as though it was right down to a T if I may... Every single time these type of times had occurred, I felt floored with honor and gratitude via the sheer openness each account insight-fully described. I truly recall each and everyone who has shared special moments together with me as well. Some very private experiences to say the least. And I still remained floored today as I think about these times, each and every single time". This kind of song story, one can't make up, or bull sh** about either. It's just too real. Isn't this a story behind a song or what huh?
